You will also receive notice when VIP pricing is available, & when we will be able to accept contracts, all before the General Public. That's a great advantage.

In the near future, you will be asked to download our blockchain encrypted mobile app called: Aster Key. Their you will fill out a Reservation Form, Verify your funds, and get a pre- approval for financing and or a cash purchase, that's all secure, encrypted, on the blockchain, and only shared where you approve to be shared and never stored anywhere on any online or offline server...ever! Aster Key will give a simple yes or no as to your ability to purchase a townhome at the Mews, and you never have to verify assets and funds greater then the amount of purchase!

Example: purchasing a $800K Townhome, with a % of closing costs, that's the only financial amount you will ever have to verify, with financingf or with cash!

That's  how we will verify your financial ability to to purchase a home at The Mews...encrypted, on the blockchain and no living person, or A.I, or virtual entity ever sees your personal data!

All required offering documents, contracts, pricing, home and upgrades selection form, will be available to you at your start of the purchasing process.

It's also a 85 minute train ride on the Metro North's, Hudson Valley Line from Grand Central Station or 125th Station.

There are many scenic routes to Beacon, and it's a really cool geographical oddity, being a 20 to 75 minute drive, from most places in the Tri-State Area!
